Your members. Their documents. Their project updates. All in one place.
Most members will never search a website. They will not open a file and look for a number. So we put an AI assistant inside the portal. The member types his question, or presses the mic and speaks it. The answer comes at once, from his own society's papers.
An example. The AI answers only from that society's own portal. It does not guess and it does not make things up.
Try two complete working demos with sample society data. See the AI-powered member experience or explore the tools for the entire redevelopment team.
Explore flat details, approvals, society papers and AI answers in three languages.

Both demos use sample society data. Real society portals remain access-protected to safeguard member information and rent records.
This is a recording of a real society system, live today and used by its members. One portal. Complete redevelopment clarity.

Maharashtra updated its redevelopment directions on 30 September 2026. The rules focus on clear decisions, proper records and member access. Rudh keeps approved documents easy to find.
The 2026 rules do not require a separate redevelopment website. Rudh helps share approved information. Official notices and filings must still follow the rules.
Maharashtra Government Order, 30 September 2026, Section 79A. For specific requirements, ask your society's legal adviser.
Do not take our word for it. Read it yourself:
But almost nobody makes one. Most societies manage with a WhatsApp group, or a Drive folder sent to whoever asked. That is fine until one member questions the process. Then there is no proper record, and it becomes the committee's problem.
Redevelopment takes three to five years. The committee changes. Members shift to rented flats, some go abroad. The information is not kept anywhere. It stays in the secretary's phone.
The society group, every month:
With the portal, the member just asks the AI. He gets his answer in one minute, and nobody has to reply to him.
Answers the same questions every month for four years. And later cannot show what was told to members, and when. One unhappy member is enough to make it a legal matter.
Old members trying to read a 21 MB PDF on a phone. Members abroad hearing about their own flat from someone else. Slowly both start feeling something is being hidden.
Every hour spent sending the agreement again, explaining IOD again, or calming a meeting that started from a rumour, is an hour not spent on the project.
Made for the way a redevelopment actually runs, not copied from some general software.
Total ₹97,000, all-inclusive, in two equal parts of ₹48,500. No GST is added on top. The ₹5,000 monthly is optional and starts only if you want me to keep looking after the portal.
Three kinds of people use this, for three different reasons.
Give your societies one place for approved documents and updates. Spend less time answering the same questions.
Most fights with members start because they do not have information. When they can see everything, the fights become less.
Keep notices, minutes, agreements and updates organised. Members can find information without repeatedly calling the committee.
Send me one message on WhatsApp with your society or project name. I will tell you in five minutes whether this is useful for you or not.
I build software, and I build these redevelopment portals. I am not an agency and I will not pass you to a call centre. You deal with me directly for the whole project, on WhatsApp and on video calls at Indian hours. I take only two societies at a time, so that each one is done properly.
This portal has members' names, flat areas, rights, rent payments and sometimes their disputes. Put all that on the open internet and you have not helped the society. You have put it in danger.
A PMC's fee on a redevelopment is usually about two per cent of the project cost. On a twenty crore project that is about forty lakh. This portal costs much less than one per cent of that.
The full portal made from your papers, ready in ten days. AI assistant, hosting, password, updates whenever you send them, and everything in Marathi, Hindi and English.
I keep the portal running and put up your updates. If you do not want this, I hand over the whole site to you at handover and you keep it yourself. Your choice, and you can stop any time with one month's notice.
OptionalEvery bidder gets exactly the same papers, and you get a record of who opened what and when. If a losing bidder later says the process was not fair, you have the proof. Becomes the full portal once the developer is chosen.
All displayed amounts are final and inclusive of GST; no GST is added on top. PMCs and developers handling more than one society get a special rate — just ask me. No lock-in, and the society always keeps a full copy of all its papers.

Pay for tender data roomOur members will never use a website. Will they use this?
Can the AI give a wrong answer?
You are in Australia. What if we need someone here?
What if something happens to you? We cannot get stuck.
We have a WhatsApp group. Why pay for this?
WhatsApp is useful for quick messages, but old documents are hard to find. Rudh keeps approved notices, minutes and updates in one place.
If your existing app already gives members a clear redevelopment-specific record of notices, minutes, PMC reports, approvals, flat-level information, agreements, versioned documents and easy search, you may not need to duplicate it. Rudh is built specifically around the redevelopment journey and adds structured project tracking plus AI-assisted answers from the society's own papers.
No proposal file, no long meeting. Send the Development Agreement and the flat list of one society, and I will make you a working portal. If it is not useful when you see it, we have both lost one afternoon, nothing more.
